I don't know if I have a 5 year bar or not.
I came to the us and got put in detention and then removed from the airport to a detention center.
I have two things saying in my passport INA SECTION 217 and INA 212(a)(7)(A)(i)(I) with a number starting with an A under it.
Does this mean I can't enter the us for 5 years?
It looks like you were subject to an expedited removal. If so, you are barred from entering the US for 5 years.
You are likely barred from returning to the US for at least 5 years having been summarily removed. As a matter of due diligence, you can request a copy of your documentation by filing a FOIA request (possibly two requests, if both ICE and CBP were involved). Consult an immigration attorney off-line because more information would be needed to make sense of what happened to you at the port of entry.
Yes, you were most likely ordered "removed" from the USA.
INA 212(a)(7) is "no documents".
