Me and the father are no longer together I live in the state of fl can I still put him on the bc even though he will not be present

If you know who the father is, I believe the rule is that you can put him on the birth certificate. You can file for child support through the Dept of Revenue and if he disputes that this is his child then he may file a Petition to Disestablish.
