my husband filed for divorce accusing me of physical and mental cruelty and has an order of protection against me because we were arguing and i yelled at him. He is also asking for sole custody of my kids. I have been to therapy and diagnosed with depression. My husband has been violent with me and it is on my psychiatric record. I cannot afford a lawyer and i have to proceed on my own. My husband has been cruel with my daughter and with me and he has a lawyer. I have proof against him. Can justice prevail?I have told his lawyer that he has been arrested. Does his lawyer have a conscience?
