collecting on a judgement
I was awarded a judgement against an individual in Nassau county, Long Island New York. I found he banks out of state but the bank has an office in Manhattan,New York County.
Can this account be attached and levied upon ?

Yes but there are a number of procedures that need to be followed, such as obtaining a transcript of judgement.
