divorce and room mates
if you move out from your spouse and have not legally seperatd, are you allowed to get a roommates of the opposite sex with out the spouse filing adultury, if you have seperate bedrooms?

That is not adultery. Adultery must be corroborated by other evidence, evidence that there is an intimate affair.
