Inherited NYC co-op apartment from grandma's trust 5 years ago. Ownership never transferred to me; can the transfer be done now? How?

Apartment all paid for, no debt. I continued to pay taxes and maintenance charges.

Thanks.

Trustees should issue a Deed from the trust to you. Coop probably has to get involved to approve transaction and Deed needs to be recorded. A local real estate attorney familiar with Coop transactions can assist everyone.
