It depends what documents you are looking for, but start with the court where the case was handled. They maintain those files, so those documents still exist.
If you need full copies of the police reports, you can contact the police agency directly, and make a public disclosure request to them.
Finally, if you had an attorney, they probably still have their file and can provide you some of what they have as well.
Go to Clerk of Court's office. Give them your case information. Tell them whether you need certified or regular copies. Be ready to pay, since most courts charge to do this.
