I have a case with child support enforcement. My ex-husband has relocated and is working "off the books". Do I have any recourse beyond what DSS provides?
Hard to say. You will likely need to secure evidence of your husband's alleged "sub rosa" employment in order for anything to be done about it in terms of his support obligation.
