Employee Check Withholdings
If an ex-employer is withholding paychecks and playing ''dumb'' as far as where the check is and that it was mailed a week ago, is there any legal recourse that can be taken? The employer seemed particularly hostile and verbally insultive towards my resignation, so my faith in what they are telling me is very little.
